Each of Travel 2.0 | Strategy consultant can assist your company on an individual practice and domain expertise basis. Depending on the scope and complexity of a client's requirements, Travel 2.0 | Strategy will bring a pool of Global Network Partners to execute and implement your project. We serve the enterprise-market to mid-market client base.
We offer a free initial exploratory advisory engagement through conference call, Skype or through a series of emails. A signed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement between two parties may be required, followed by a proposal submission (including reciprocal signatures in the agreement) to commence an official consulting engagement.
A team member of Travel 2.0 | Strategy may be engaged through one, two or a combination of the following professional services fee structures:
1. Monthly Retainer
2. Monthly Block-of-Hours Purchase Program
3. Fixed Project Based Rate
4. Time & Material
5. Commission Residual (plus fee based)
6. Equity (plus fee based)
